How to Apply
If your students have previously attended CWCS and you have already created a RenWeb account click the "application" link at the top right of this page. Have your RenWeb log in information ready as it will ask you to log in after clicking "application." Then complete new student application.
If you are a new family and you are ready to apply to Colorado West please click the Create an Account link to begin your application process. This link will take you to our third party student administration system (FACTS). When you create your account you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will need to create an application for every student you wish to come to Colorado West. After you create your account you will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your application. The application information page details the application requirement and provides links to additional forms needed to complete the application. Once all documents and a completed application are submitted Colorado West will contact you and set up an interview with our admissions committee and schedule a 30 min reading assessment for your students.
Applying to Colorado West requires a non-refundable application fee of $50.00. The payment is the last component of your online application. If a new student is application is approved families will receive a letter and an email directing the family to enroll their student. There will be an additional link and online enrollment form that must be completed. The enrollment fee for new families is $220.00 at the time of enrollment. If enrollment is not completed within the enrollment window additional fees may apply.
